A very fun & enriching experience! Made advance reservation for 2nd floor interaction, which allows customers to pick a chinchilla to view up close at the allocated table. Also, a staff will give a briefing in a room housing all the chinchillas & upclose interaction with picture taking. Definitely recommended!

This experience was so fun! We got to meet the chinchillas and touch them. They allowed us to select the chinchilla of our own to bring to our table to eat a meal with. It was a great experience and my wife is very happy. We would definitely come back. Be sure to book in advance because it does sell out quickly.

This was extremely fun! The food was delicious—I ordered the “Rich Chinchilla”—and I had a great time. I loved taking photos and videos of our chinchilla, and the atmosphere of the café is adorable! They had very nice decor, and tons of chinchilla-related furnishings.

This was such a fun experience! Reservations through LINE are a must, but they are very quick and English friendly. The chinchilla are so soft and cute! Such a fun experience!
